Yes, the inimitable mbira maestro from Zimbabwe, Chartwell Dutiro, will be in the New York area over the next few weeks to (among other things) deepen his collaboration with our band Timbila. We’ll be finishing off our sublime recording collaboration—stay tuned for the launch of our Indiegogo campaign!—and performing a few choice shows, including this one!
